As a Community Leader, Ms. Overton helps herself and our mission
by making space available in her home for responsible individuals.

The Overton Family operated one of the state's premier child care programs for nearly 30 years. This property was one of their former child care facilities. Due to fire damage in 2005, it was closed. 

The 2008 financial crisis impacted markets across the nation. Consequently, construction on this property was also stalled.

The SIMP Community got involved along with a few others in our community.  Working together, we made contributions so construction could resume. In the end, we completed this project and had fun doing it. -IT WAS A REWARDING & REFRESHING EXPERIENCE FOR ALL.

This home is being re-designed to be shared with up to 3 responsible  female housemates who can appreciate a clean, safe, quiet and private living environment - with a very reasonable monthly fee.
