The 2008 financial crisis
impacted markets across the nation. Consequently, construction on this
property was also stalled. |

By leveraging SIMP Housing
Solutions and with contributions from
the YES Program, Partners In Education and the local
community, construction is again under way. |

This home is being re-designed to
be shared with up to 3 responsible female housemates who
can appreciate a clean, safe, quiet and
private living environment - with a very reasonable monthly fee. |
